liam was born on the 13 january 1995
at caerphilly miners hospital
and later transferred to the baby care unit in cardiff
he was born prematurely at 30 weeks
weighing 2lb 14 oz
he was the much loved son of
cathy & bryan
and baby brother of steffi
he died on the 18 january
at the university hospital of wales cardiff
aged 6 days

we love and miss you so much liam
